Prior to co-founding Bluejay Advisors, Mr. Hart was a successful entrepreneur starting and managing companies within transportation, financial services, and real estate.

After working with multi-national consulting firms in Washington, DC, in 1995, Mr. Hart developed an investor group and acquired a distressed transportation company in Jacksonville, FL. As CEO of Hart Transportation, he grew his company with terminals throughout the Southeast. Mr. Hart and Hart Transportation received numerous awards including Fastest Growing Private Company, as recognized by Entrepreneur Magazine before selling to a public logistics company in 2012.

Mr. Hart has served in leadership roles over the past few decades in owning, operating, buying and selling transportation and logistics companies. Billy Hart co-founded Bluejay Advisors in 2013 which leverages decades of senior level experience within the transportation and logistics industry to help clients achieve maximum value at the most favorable structure.

Mr. Hart is a graduate of the Johns Hopkins University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.
