Prior to co-founding Bluejay Advisors, Mr. Hart was a successful entrepreneur starting and managing companies within transportation, financial services, and real estate.

After half a decade of consulting with large firms in Washington, DC, in 1995, Mr. Hart developed an investor group and bought the assets of a bankrupt trucking company in Jacksonville, FL. As CEO of Hart Transportation, he grew his company into a $30M operation with terminals throughout the state of Florida and the southeast. Mr. Hart and Hart Transportation received numerous awards including Fastest Growing Private Company, as recognized by Entrepreneur Magazine and the Ultimate CEO Award in Northeast FL, as recognized by the Jacksonville Business Journal. Since completing the sale of Hart Transportation in 2012 to a publicly-traded transportation company he worked in consulting roles for railroads, oil and gas, and technology firms.

Mr. Hart is an experienced leader having served in leading roles within M&A, sales, change management and business strategy and analysis. He has built successful teams at multiple companies. Mr. Hart is a motivated problem solver with a career in operations, and able to improve processes while understanding the impact on the organization affected.

Mr. Hart is a graduate of the Johns Hopkins University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.
