Before joining Bluejay, he served in a leadership role at Iroquois Capital Group and held analytical roles at Tenney Group and Sphere Wealth Management where he gained deep experience in financial analysis, transaction execution, and client relationship management.
Toby brings a talent for sourcing and evaluating private investments, developing investment theses, and leading due diligence efforts across multiple sectors, driving informed decisions and strong results.
Toby earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a double major in Finance and Accounting from the University of Arkansas where he was also the starting punter on the football team.
