Grant Success: Urban Access Project in Maine

Bluejay is proud to have written a $22.4 million U.S. Department of Transportation Reconnecting Communities and Neighborhoods (RCN) grant program application to fund important urban connectivity improvements in the Libbytown neighborhood of Portland, Maine. Congratulations to Maine Department of Transportation and the City of Portland for this transformational project funding!

To date, Bluejay has won more than $340 million in state and federal grants for clients supporting numerous infrastructure projects for urban connectivity, emissions reductions, railroads, roads, bridges, ports, and more. Learn more about our grant services and success.

The RCN Grant Program is one of several federal infrastructure-related grant programs, many of which were created and funded by President Biden’s Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL). The BIL provides $550 billion of Federal investments in infrastructure through fiscal year 2026. Take advantage of the funding today for your project by contacting Bluejay Advisors for your federal and state grant application needs.
