Bluejay Role: Bluejay Advisors provided an operational assessment of the asset based division of Central Environmental Services and determined that refocusing operations on non-asset lines of business would create the most value. Bluejay Advisors managed the restructuring process including selling the asset based operation, stabilizing the customer base during the transition, assessing the employee base, and recommending a go forward organizational structure.
