Prior to joining Bluejay, Ms. Pitts spent the previous eight years advising numerous business owners as a Finance Manager and Corporate Controller. In these roles, she was instrumental as a finance operations analyst, helped implement and streamline finance-related processes and software systems, ensuring efficiencies that resulted in increasing market share and profitability. Her career has included employment in the industrial, construction and railroad industries.

Ms. Pitts has built her own accounting and consulting firm focusing on commercial contracting, real-estate development, and federal procurement. Her more than 20 years of experience includes executive and CFO roles at operationally-focused companies.

Ms. Pitts is a graduate of the University of North Florida with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting.
