ROB ADAMS
Managing Director
Prior to joining Bluejay Advisors, Mr. Adams was a managing director with EVE Partners, a boutique investment bank specializing in transportation and logistics where Mr. Adams completed over 100 transactions in the transportation and logistics market segment.
Mr. Adams is a creative solutions provider with significant experience in managing distressed operations. He has held several interim C-level positions for private equity portfolio companies with various roles including CEO, CAO, and CAO.
Prior to that, Mr. Adams held operational roles with Republic Industries and Waste Management Inc. in the United States and Europe. At Waste Management, he managed operations in multiple states and helped introduce the frontend loader system in Italy. At Republic Industries, he completed over 20 waste transactions and sited a regional landfill in South Carolina.
Mr. Adams is a graduate of Auburn University with a Bachelors of Arts in Accounting. After spending three years working as a Certified Public Accountant in the audit group at Deloitte, Mr. Adams received his Masters of Business Administration from Wake Forest University.
