What attracted you to the Transportation and Logistics industry? As big as the industry is, it never ceases to amaze me how tight knit of a community we have in our sector. What should owners know about the process of selling their company? There are financial, legal, and even emotional considerations when you are being faced with possibly the largest transaction in your lifetime. It’s a very difficult process to journey through alone. It can be all-encompassing—and the hardest part is you still must run a company at the same time. What's a misconception many have about the M&A process? That the banker’s role is that of the introduction to the buyer. That’s only a part of the overall process.
