Bluejay Role: Bluejay Advisors provided operational diligence for a family office including safety/compliance, technology capability, management assessment, operational review, equipment/Capex review, and business process assessment. The company experiencing significant safety issues, manual business processes, and a dearth of leadership. After closing, Bluejay Advisors installed safety leadership/processes, managed the conversion to a robust transportation management system (TMW), and recruited/trained a new chief operating officer.

Target Description: Central Environment Services was a West Virginia-based environmental and industrial services company.
