Bluejay Advisors Assists TTSI and Sun Capital with Acquisition of Marine Container Services

Bluejay Advisors served as the buy-side investment banker to TTSI, a portfolio company of Sun Capital, in their acquisition of Marine Container Services (MCS). MCS provides intermodal drayage and warehousing services to the Ports of Newark and Savannah. MCS operates a fleet of more than 130 tractors and approximately 300,000 sq. ft. of warehousing space across four facilities. After closing two east coast acquisitions in 2021, MCS marks the third acquisition in the last 12 months that Bluejay has sourced and executed in partnership with TTSI.
