Bluejay Advisors Assists Taylor Express with Division’s Sale

White Willow Holdings engaged Bluejay Advisors to lead the sale of the Taylor Express, Inc. Carbon Black business to Volume Transportation, Inc. Taylor Express, based in Hope Mills, North Carolina, is one of the largest dedicated TL carriers serving the tire industry by transporting carbon black. Volume Transportation of Conyers, Georgia, completed the acquisition to become the leading carrier in the carbon black space.
