Bluejay was the advisor to Tulsa Ports in their search for a new short line rail operator serving the Port of Catoosa in Oklahoma. Bluejay and the port completed the search process, resulting in identifying the recipient of a long-term operating contract. The port awarded the contract to short line railroad operator OmniTRAX of Denver, Colorado. OmniTRAX owns and manages 24 railroads and numerous real estate developments throughout the U.S. and Canada. Port of Catoosa assets include a 2,500 acre industrial park, barge port and rail transload facility.
