The firm writes winning $25 million federal RAISE grant application, bringing numerous components together for the win

Bluejay Advisors developed the USDOT Rebuilding American Infrastructure with Sustainability and Equity (RAISE) grant application on behalf of the Maine Department of Transportation for its recent $25 million grant award. “This funding will improve Maine’s infrastructure, bolster our economy, and enhance the quality of life for residents across our state,” said Senator Susan Collins. The Bluejay team managed the application process from start to finish – including coordinating and hosting numerous project coordination meetings, gathering critical information, writing the compelling project narrative, developing the Benefit-Cost Analysis and ensuring the application was submitted on time.
