Grant Success: Freight Rail in New York

Bluejay Advisors is proud to have collaborated on a $2.797 million New York State Department of Transportation (NYSDOT) Passenger and Freight Rail Assistance Program (PFRAP) grant application to fund important freight rail improvements in Oswego, New York. Congratulations to Novelis Corporation and the County of Oswego Industrial Development Agency for this important project funding!
