Bluejay Advisors writes winning $25 million federal RAISE grant application for downtown Sanford

Bluejay Advisors developed the federal Rebuilding American Infrastructure with Sustainability and Equity (RAISE) grant application on behalf of the State of Maine Department of Transportation for its recent $25 million grant award. The grant will fund numerous downtown improvements to the City of Sanford, Maine, including constructing streets, sidewalks, crosswalks, underground utility ducts, streetlights, parking spaces, drainage areas, a multi-use pathway, and a Park & Ride facility. These projects will improve safety and modernize infrastructure to attract potential employers as well as commercial and residential development downtown.
