The Bluejay Advisors grants team produced three winning applications under the Consolidated Rail Infrastructure and Safety Improvements (CRISI) program announced recently by the Federal Railroad Administration.
The CRISI program enhances the safety, efficiency, and reliability of freight and passenger rail nationwide. The latest round of funding awarded $2.4 billion to 122 projects across 41 states.
Bluejay produced three successful applications, totaling $82 million in awarded funds. The projects support freight rail improvements in Maine, West Virginia, Ohio, and Indiana and will ensure short line railroads are safer, more reliable, and more resilient. The Bluejay team is pleased to secure these grants, which will significantly benefit our clients and the communities they serve.
The awards contribute to Bluejay’s total of more than half-a-billion dollars in grant wins and a 76 percent success rate, solidifying our position as a leader in securing Federal funding for critical infrastructure projects. These milestones reflect Bluejay’s proficiency in using our rail and transportation expertise to secure funding for important infrastructure projects through complex grant application processes.
