Bluejay Advisors assisted the Kansas Department of Transportation and Jaguar Transport Holdings with their federal grant application benefitting the Cimarron Valley Railroad. The railroad will receive a $128K Federal Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) grant under the Diesel Emissions Reduction Act (DERA). The funding is for the purchase and installation of auxiliary power units for their fleet of locomotives operating in southwest Kansas.
