Bluejay Advisors served as the exclusive transaction advisor for US Logistics (“USL”) and Nationwide Logistics (“NWL”) in the majority sale of both companies to Transport Investment, Inc. (“TII”), a portfolio company of Gemspring Capital Management (“Gemspring”). USL and NWL are asset-light, agent-based transportation and logistics companies. The combined companies provide 3PL services through their nationwide network of more than 200 transportation freight agents handling more than 140,000 loads annually.
